Richard Woods is an award-winning mixologist crowned the UK and Ireland ‘Most Imaginative Bartender’ 2014. He is known for his unique creations and is at the forefront of bridging the gap between the food and liquid worlds. Head of Spirit and Cocktail Development at Duck & Waffle and Sushi Samba, Richard’s signature cocktails include ‘Chocolate & Blue Cheese Martini’, ‘Roasted Cosmo’ (a Cosmopolitan with a bone marrow infusion) and the Snapper, a twist on the classic bloody Mary using tomato consommé.
